General Information
We currently raise 5 breeds:
Netherland Dwarf
Holland Lop
Mini Lop
Dutch
Mini Rex
We show often and breed to meet the ARBA standards of each breed we raise.
On occasion we will have "pet quality" bunnies available, but hopefully not often. We would like all of our bunnies to be show quality!
Some things to keep in mind if you plan to visit our farm:
1. This is a farm, do not enter any pastures or pens unaccompanied.
2. We may have lots of young rabbits here but that doesn't mean they are for sale. There may not be any for sale. We breed for our own use first, then place others. We will show you what we have available for you to choose from.
3. A rabbit listed as "show quality" means it is free from disqualifications according to ARBA show standards at time of sale. They will be sold with a complete pedigree.
4. A rabbit listed as "pet quality" will not have a pedigree.
5. I do not ship rabbits at this time.
6. We also raise Boer Goats, the male is in the herd from Oct to Mar. He has a job to do, if you or your children are bothered by this, avoid these months. I am not inclined to ask him to stop. (I've actually been asked this!!)
7. I do not take deposits on bunnies that are not yet weaned.
8. Once a rabbit is listed as "for sale" I will accept a deposit. The rabbit needs to be picked up within 2 weeks of that time. Deposits are not refundable or transferable. The deposit will be 50% of the sale price. The deposit will be refunded only if the rabbit is not fit for sale at the time of delivery.
9. I reserve the right to cancel a sale at any time and for any reason. Until the new owner takes possession, the rabbit is owned by us.
10. We no longer offer stud service with our bucks. This is for the health of our herd.
11. If you are purchasing a brood doe, I will breed her to one of my bucks, free of charge, before she leaves. There is no guarantee that she has conceived. We will not rebred once she has left. Brood does are priced as "open" (not bred). If you have deposit on a brood doe and do not pick her up before she delivers, she must remain here until the litter is weaned. Any litters born here are ours. If you want to purchase pregnant brood doe, please be sure to pick her up before she delivers.
Sorry for all of the rules, but after years of raising rabbits some limits have to be put in place.
